OUR ROOTS
TEFCO was founded right after the March 2011 earthquake.
Electricity was scarce, and we decided to make the best use of it by turning it into music to brighten up our lives.
２０１１年の大震災直後に結成。「節電ムードのニッポンに元気を！」の思いを込め、限りのある電力を音楽に変える事によって日本を元気にしたいです！
OUR MUSIC
Growing up with a variety of music, ranging from rock, grunge, alternative, R&B, soul and funk, we had trouble finding a mix of homebrew "garage band" style Rock and groovy funk. Until we made it ourselves. Our influences are The New Mastersounds, Soulive, Soopasoul and other funk & rock bands.
色々なジャンルの音楽で育ち、ロック、グランジ、オルタナティブ、R＆B、ソウル、ファンク等の音楽を聴いてきたが、ロックバンドの手作り感、ファンクバンドのグルーヴの組み合わせはなかなか見つからなかったので自分達で作る事にしました。ニューマスターサウンズ、ソウライヴ、スーパソウル等のロック、またはファンクバンドの音に似てます。
